These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to CodePrepped ("Service") operated by CodePrepped ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Service

CodePrepped provides interview preparation tools including curriculum challenges, a code sandbox, keywords training, job tracking, and AI-assisted trainer modes. Features vary by subscription plan.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select. You may cancel via the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share account access or attempt to bypass plan limits
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • Use the Service to cheat in live interviews or misrepresent your skills to employers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI-generated content

Trainer feedback and generated questions are for practice only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use outputs in real interviews.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, and curriculum structure. You retain ownership of code and content you create in the sandbox and job tracker.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Interview outcomes are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
