Refund Policy

Payments for CodePrepped are non-refundable by default.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel any time from Settings > Plan. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Free trial
Some checkouts include a free trial. The length is shown at checkout, and a promo can make it longer than the default. Checkout still collects a card. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel from Settings > Plan before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
UK and EU/EEA consumers
Only UK and EU/EEA consumers have a statutory cancellation right. It runs 14 days from the day your account or subscription starts, which includes the start of any free trial. It does not run from the first payment.
By starting a trial or subscription, you ask for immediate access to CodePrepped and acknowledge you lose that right once the digital content or service has begun.
If you are a UK or EU/EEA customer and you believe you are still entitled to a refund, email refund@codeprepped.com. We handle requests case by case, and only as far as the law requires.
Customers outside the UK and EU/EEA
Customers outside the UK and EU/EEA have no refund right.
