Refund Policy

We want you to be confident CodePrepped is right for you before you commit.

7-day Basic monthly trial

New Basic monthly members get a 7-day trial. Checkout still collects a card. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel from Settings → Plan before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

The trial is for first-time Basic monthly checkout only. It does not apply to Pro, yearly plans, or accounts that have already had a paid or complimentary plan.

14-day first-payment refund

If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment — on either Basic or Pro, monthly or annual — email refund@codeprepped.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

For Basic monthly trials, that 14-day window starts on the first real charge after the trial converts — not on the trial start date. Trial days themselves are not billed.

To process your refund quickly, please include:

• The email address on your CodePrepped account
• The name used at signup
• Which plan you're on (Basic or Pro, monthly or annual)
• The approximate date you were charged

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

This 14-day window applies to your first payment on a plan. Recurring monthly renewals and non-first-time charges aren't covered by this guarantee — you can cancel future billing anytime from Settings → Plan to stop further charges.
